Founded by an Occupational Therapist, Amy Deavours, Resilient Fitness bridges rehab and fitness to improve functional movement and help people reclaim strength, mobility, and confidence.
What started off as personal discovery, led to a passion to share and help people of all levels and backgrounds.
Resilient Fitness is where evidence-based rehab meets real-life strength training. For over a decade, Amy Deavours, founder, has partnered with adults 50+ and individuals recovering from injury, illness, or chronic pain to design programs that rebuild confidence and restore independence. Our practice blends clinical expertise with functional movement science—so you’re never following a one-size-fits-all routine, but a plan tailored to your unique history, goals, and lifestyle. Whether you’re returning to activity after a stroke or simply want to safely increase your strength and fitness level, our OT-informed approach ensures every exercise translates directly to improved day-to-day function.
